How do I enroll in this program?

What are the eligibility requirements?

You are eligible to participate in the program if you have been employed as a regular full-time (40+hours per week), reduced time (30+ hours per week), or part-time (20-29 hours per week) hourly L1-L4 blue badge employee for 90 continuous days by June 6th. This includes all hourly non-exempt FC, CS, corporate, AWS, Amazon Fresh Stores, Amazon Books, Amazon 4-star, Amazon Pop Up, AmazonGo and certain retail and eligible subsidiary associates. Eligible subsidiaries include A9, A100, A2Z, Audible, Brilliance, ComiXology, CreateSpace, Fabric.com, Goodreads, Amazon Pharmacy, Shopbop, Ring, and Woot.

What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your enrollment until midnight on Tuesday, June 20th which is two weeks after the program starts. You can cancel your application before the payment status changes to ‘Payment Initiated’ or ‘Paid’. Can I work full-time while enrolled in this program?

Yes, the entire course experience is online and can be completed on your own schedule as long as you work towards the deadlines set in each course. There are no set times or classes when you need to log in. Our courses are designed for working professionals, students, and parents!

What is the schedule?

There are two required courses which will be open for 5 weeks with a 2-week grading period after each. You should expect to spend 10-15 hours per week completing your coursework. The program is flexibly-paced, meaning you can move as quickly or slowly as you’d like through each course, as long as you complete all sections and projects during the 5-week course period. We provide a suggested course schedule to help pace yourself through each course. In total, the program will be open for 18 weeks in case you need some time to catch up.

What prerequisites do I need?

Students must have a high school degree prior to taking this program. No prior experience is required.

What kinds of jobs will this certificate prepare me for?

This program will give you the tech skills needed for a variety of jobs in operations, customer service and sales including Sales Operations Specialist roles, Customer Success Manager roles, Operations Coordinator roles and more. This includes roles where you will be directly talking to customers and roles where you might spend more time behind the scenes doing research managing projects or tracking sales pipelines. You will gain the skills needed for roles across many different types of companies including small businesses, tech companies, Fortune 500 companies and more.
