When will I have access to Pathstream?
Eligible Centene employees will receive an email to create an account on the Pathstream platform on October 30th.
Are there any costs associated with Pathstream?
All costs are fully covered by Centene. You will be able to access personalized career path recommendations, unlimited 1:1 career coaching sessions, and free learning resources including university certificate programs and courses at no cost to you.
Who are the career coaches I will be able to speak with?
Career coaches are skilled professionals from Pathstream who have helped hundreds of employees reach their career goals. Many of our coaches have backgrounds in education, counseling, and recruiting. They have worked with people from all backgrounds to help them identify their skills, clarify their goals, and successfully land new jobs. When you sign up for your coaching call, you will see the name of the specific coach you will be meeting with.
What is a career pathway? What types of roles can I expect to be recommended to pursue?
A career pathway is a series of real job opportunities at Centene that you can pursue as you grow your career. We will recommend a pathway to you based on your unique work history, transferable skills, and work preferences. You will be able to discuss this career pathway with your coach and access other resources to help you learn more about these specific opportunities. They will include opportunities at Centene in project management, business analytics, operations leadership and more.
