The Frontline Manager Leadership Certificate

The Frontline Manager Leadership Certificate is designed to equip current and aspiring managers with the skills needed to become an effective leader. You will gain practical, applied strategies for communicating like a leader, building relationships, managing time effectively, and navigating difficult conversations. Finally, you will combine these leadership soft skills with technical skills in areas like data analysis and project management to round out your fundamental manager toolkit.

Why Frontline Management and Leadership?

Companies across all industries require strong management talent to help them oversee their frontline workforce

Managers occupy important leadership positions with the ability to influence the daily lives of everyone who works for them

Managers increasingly need both “soft” leadership skills to influence and communicate effectively with others along with “hard” technical skills to oversee and operate critical business operations
